I had not used a grill cleaning service before. I found GrillSOS online. Ben was the service technician who came to our home. He did a great job of not only cleaning the grill exceptionally well, but also correctly diagnosed the cause of a problem that we were having. He had the parts ordered and came back and installed and tested them.
Rachael, who is the scheduler also did a great job in taking out call and following up along the way.
