  Ben was super friendly and patient with me. We moved into a home with an existing grill and it is in bad shape. Ben brought it back to life and went the extra mile in making sure I was happy with his services. Highly recommend!

  I had not used a grill cleaning service before. I found GrillSOS online. Ben was the service technician who came to our home. He did a great job of not only cleaning the grill exceptionally well, but also correctly diagnosed the cause of a problem that we were having. He had the parts ordered and came back and installed and tested them. Rachael, who is the scheduler also did a great job in taking out call and following up along the way. These two provided an exceptional job and were very professional. I highly recommend this company.

  Ben was absolutely great! He called ahead of time to let me know that he was running late due to getting caught in traffic (accident). Upon arriving he confirmed the work that needed to be accomplished while giving me recommendations on maintaining a clean and efficient grill. I was so impressed with his service that I signed up for a bi-annual cleaning. Strongly recommend Grill SOS and Ben. Will definitely recommend him to others. Great work!

  Ben cleaned and renewed our poolside grill. He was a great communicator and technician . He explained what the issue was and my options. Pricing was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend!

  I recently hired GrillSOS to deep clean my bbq grill, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Ben, the technician arrived promptly, despite the current weather conditions, heavy rain (Oct. 9th./Milton cat.5). He tackled every nook and cranny of my grill, removing years of built-up grease and grime. I was amazed at how he restored the stainless steel to a like-new shine! Not only he clean the exterior, but he also thoroughly cleaned the grates, burners, and the inside of the grill. Ben, took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving. Don’t make the same mistake I did, that is trying to do it yourself, save yourself time to do other more productive things and let the experts like Ben do the “dirty job” for you. LOL!   Ben at GrillSOS did an outstanding job cleaning my grill and vent hood. I was cleaning the grill myself 2x/year but never got it as clean as this!! I ise my grill 3-4 times a week so you can imagine the grime that gets built up. Clearly worth bringing in the SOS team and will use again and recommend to others.

  Ben did a great job. The grill looks almost new. He really took care to ensure surrounding area remained clean. He has a trailer where he cleans all the grill parts such as grates, burners etc. so your lanai and or yard remain clean

  Have a Delta Heat grill that’s had to sit for a few years. Unfortunately, many areas had rusted despite being covered. Ben carefully assessed, determined the igniters had failed but noted the grill would light manually. However, due to the amount of rust & the areas impacted, he advised against spending money unnecessarily as it was nearing the end of its life expectancy. His refreshing honesty was impressive especially to a gas grill novice. If you are in need of a grill to be cleaned and/or repaired, I highly recommend Ben with Grill SOS.   Great job! Recently bought a home with an outside, built in grill. It needed a deep cleaning. GrillSOS came very puntual and completely checked the entire grill to ensure proper operation. The cleaned it. Final result is great. Nearly a brand new grill ready to cook. Also, they provided good tips for TLC and maintenance by me. Lastly, they are one-stop service company as they can repair and maintain the unit with factory parts. Highly recommend them.
